Why Therapy?

In our fast-paced and often stressful lives, it's easy to overlook the impact of our past experiences on our present well-being. However, at Tenax Counseling, PLLC, Christine believes that healing from within starts with exploring and understanding our past wounds. By delving into the depths of our history, we can uncover the root causes of our current stressors and pave the way for personal growth and lasting change. At Tenax Counseling, PLLC, Christine  provides a safe and nurturing space for individuals, couples, children, and adolescents to embark on this journey of self-discovery. Our founder, Christine Greiner, brings a unique perspective to the counseling industry, with a background in both mental health counseling and nursing. This combination allows her to approach therapy holistically, taking into account both the emotional and physical aspects of healing.

So, why is it important to explore past wounds for present growth? Here are a few reasons: 1. Understanding Patterns: Our past experiences shape our beliefs, behaviors, and patterns of thinking. By exploring these wounds, we can gain insight into why we react the way we do in certain situations. This understanding allows us to break free from negative patterns and make healthier choices in the present. 2. Healing Emotional Wounds: Unresolved emotional wounds can manifest as anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. By addressing these wounds, we can release the emotional pain and find healing. This healing process empowers us to live more fulfilling and authentic lives. 3. Building Resilience: Exploring past wounds requires courage and vulnerability. As we navigate through our pain, we develop resilience and inner strength. This resilience not only helps us overcome future challenges but also allows us to support others on their healing journeys.  At Tenax Counseling, PLLC, we believe that exploring past wounds is a transformative journey that leads to personal growth and healing. By creating a safe and collaborative space, Christine empowers her clients to embark on this journey and discover the strength within themselves. If you're ready to heal from within and experience lasting change, Christine invites you to book a session with her today. Together, we can explore your past wounds and pave the way for a brighter future.
